1. Who We Are

2. What This Is
All services offered — coaching sessions, workshops, and keynotes — constitute performance and decision-making training for students. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical or medical intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Age Requirement
Boiling Student provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and over. By engaging with our services or submitting an enquiry through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a client is under 18, we reserve the right to withdraw services and issue a refund at our discretion. Parents or guardians should not purchase or arrange these services on behalf of a minor.
4. Services and Confirmation
Services are provided as described on this website and confirmed in writing by email. Pricing is available on request. A binding agreement is formed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from Boiling Student explicitly confirming the scope, date, and fee of the agreed service. Verbal agreements, informal messages, or enquiries do not constitute a binding commitment on either party. Boiling Student reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking request without obligation to provide reasons.
5. Service Variation
Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd reserves the right to vary the format, location, or delivery method of any session where circumstances reasonably require it, including but not limited to technical difficulties, venue unavailability, or operational necessity. Where a material variation is required, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative arrangement or a refund at our discretion.
6. Payment Terms
Payment of the full agreed service fee is due within 14 days of the date the invoice is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Where payment is not received within this period, Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking and to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, currently at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd also reserves the right to recover reasonable debt recovery costs where payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days of the invoice date.
7. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions cancelled fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full. This constitutes a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the agreed session price.
Keynotes and workshops cancelled fewer than 14 days before the scheduled date will be charged in full. This constitutes a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the agreed service price.
Cancellations made outside these windows are eligible for a refund, net of any costs reasonably incurred by Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd up to the point of cancellation.
Each client is entitled to one free reschedule per session or engagement. Further rescheduling requests will incur a rescheduling fee of £75 per coaching session, or 20% of the agreed service fee for workshops and keynotes. Rescheduling requests do not waive cancellation fees if made within the notice periods above.
8. Termination
Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd reserves the right to terminate any service engagement immediately and without liability where a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unreasonable toward any member of our team, as determined at the sole discretion of Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd. In such circumstances, a refund may be issued for sessions not yet delivered, at our discretion, and no refund will be issued for any session during which the terminating behaviour occurred.
9. Complaints
We are committed to delivering a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us in the first instance at team@boilingstudent.com, setting out the nature of your complaint in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a substantive response, which may include a proposed resolution, within 20 working days. Boiling Student’s decision following the complaints process shall be final unless the matter is subsequently referred to mediation or a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to mediation or the courts of England and Wales. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless a court of competent jurisdiction orders otherwise.
11. Confidentiality
Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd treats all information shared by clients during coaching sessions, workshops, and related communications as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared in the course of delivering our services to any third party without your explicit consent, except where we are required to do so by law. Any materials, documents, or information provided by the client during a session remain the property of the client and are not claimed by Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd in any form.
12. Force Majeure
Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disaster, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling at the earliest reasonable opportunity or a refund at our discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, methodology, frameworks, and images — is the intellectual property of Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any of it without prior written permission. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as claiming ownership over any materials, documents, or information provided by the client.
14. Limitation of Liability
Pavlov Reset Consulting Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of our services or this website. Our total liability to any client is limited to the total fees paid by that client for the specific service or engagement in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Results
We make no guarantees of specific academic or performance outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual engagement, context, and application.

This website may link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or data handling.
17. Data and Privacy

18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with any written confirmation email issued by Boiling Student, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the services and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements whether written or oral.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
